NW Loop: 1:03:25, 3.91 miles, 3.3 mph, HR=125. Our walk was cut a bit short by a pair of adult Woodchuck and their 3 young. My friend Shelly and her husband Joe joined us for dinner. Then we joined StevenBe‘s group at the Ritz Theater for the Ballet of the Dolls in “Nudista”.
