It appears avoiding gluten is not the answer to my rash. After much contemplation as to what else it might be, I’m considering the supplements my Dietician recommended. Not only did I start these about the time the rash appeared, but, I didn’t take them while I was in Hawaii and I’ve not been very good about it since we returned. That is, until this week. And, this week my rash is worse. Coincidence? We’ll see. In celebration of no longer avoiding gluten, we went out for pizza and beer!
