Today is Steve’s 60th Birthday. Wowser. TechnoGymWave: 39:33, 6.0 miles, HR=102. Last night Steve made caramel/pecan rolls to share with his men’s group this morning in celebration of his birthday. He left one on the counter for me and it was screaming at me the whole time I was exercising.
