My right knee is a little bit tight. I’m in some way disappointed that I’m not sore from yesterday’s biking. I rode 4+ hours/40+ miles at a heart rate I rarely see and I have nothing to show for it. But, I know I do have something to show for it. The very fact I could do it with little training and no ill effects says I have some great physical condition to show for it. But, somehow, I kinda feel like I didn’t work hard enough at it.
