We attended the Wayzata Historical Society’s presentation of the history of the Meyers Bros. Dairy. 

LuceLine West Out&Back:  66 minutes, 4.44 miles, 15.01/4.0, HR=136.  Interesting that I’m slower today.  Is a calorie deficit responsible for that?  I hadn’t eaten anything since dinner @ 5:30 yesterday so I drank a half a glass of milk before I left. 

LuceLine West Out&Back:  72 minutes, 4.68 miles, 15.27/3.90, HR=130.

Fox/Willow/Watertown Loop:  60 minutes, 4.10 miles, 14.44/4.1, HR=139.

I got the mCoupe out today!  The right rear tire was mostly flat.  I had that tire plugged last summer and was told I needed new tires.  As long as I was at TiresPlus getting that tire taken care of, I ordered a new set of tires which are getting installed as I type.

LuceLine West Out&Back:  67 minutes, 4.61 miles, 14.33/4.1, HR=138.  Tim is now responsible for server/database maintenance and backup, which means no more early Wednesday mornings at the office for me!  Tony and I went out for coffee while Tires Plus swapped out my winter wheels/tires for my summer ones.  It’s all about laundry this evening.

LuceLine West Out&Back:  67 minutes, 4.61 miles, 14.41/4.1, HR=133.

Early Mass.  We enjoyed dinner at Tony and Teri’s.

Fox/Willow/Watertown Loop:  61 minutes, 4.10 miles, 14.53/4.0, HR=142.  We went to Holasek Greenhouse’s Open House and Planting Event.  We planted 13 pots of flowers which will stay under the Greenhouse’s care for a month so they can get well established.
