WoodwayTreadmill: 28:16, 2.0 miles, 4.2 mph, HR=156. I’m anxious to pick up my “Girls”. It’s just too quiet around here without them. They took Gracie to the Vet for a sore/stiff neck. We’ve noticed that recently, but not so bad as to require a trip to the Vet. With the exception of one bark, Gracie was quiet and calm in the car on the way home. Typically, she hates the car and makes the trip very unpleasant.

Marysville,KS: 36:47, 2.23 miles, 3.6 mph, HR=143. Marysville, Kansas is the black squirrel capital of the USA, yet we didn’t see a single one.

Registration for Tour De Tonka 2011 opened today! Last year we proved we could ride 100 miles with very little training. I think this year we’ll do the 70 mile route. And, then again . . .
