We scattered Coco’s ashes in the woods last night.  I got some on my shoes.  I can’t decide if that’s creepy or funny.

Good News/Bad News:  I have no new cavities/ The two front fillings I’m not happy with need to be redone.  To say I’m displeased is the understatement of all time.  They must have had some bad material.  I ended up with a nasty/painful sinus infection because they somehow managed to inject some bacteria into my sinus cavity with their anesthesia.  TechnoGymWave:  54 minutes, 8.0 miles, 8.9 mph, HR=135.

Early Mass.  Windy and cold, perfect day for indoor chores:  Organized pictures and music.

LuceLine West Out&Back:  71 minutes, 4.63 miles, 3.9 mph, HR=144.  An apple orchard wedding. 

For breakfast we enjoyed donuts at the Bakery.  We were the first customer today at TiresPlus and my snow tires are on my car.  Did a bit of shopping for winter boots and other cold weather gear.  Frosted Bob’s cake, wrapped his present and napped.  Celebrated Bob’s 70th birthday at Gale Woods Farm.

Picked up Avery.  We baked Bob’s birthday cake.

Irrigation system winterized.  Snow Plowing contract signed.

My Workers’ Compensation audit was this morning.  I’ve been working with the same Auditor for something like 20 years, so I typically leave the documents he needs on my desk and don’t see him.  This morning, I decided to skip the gym and come in early to surprise him by actually being here.  He came late to surprise me.  After my piano and flute lessons, I arrived home to find my free range Turkeys had arrived, BOTH freezers defrosted and reorganized, plus dinner in the refrigerator just waiting to be put in the oven.  AWESOME!!! 

Quick, before I had any opportunity to change my mind; Fox/Willow/Watertown Loop:  61 minutes, 4.15 miles, 4.1 mph, HR=141.  Yay!

Early Mass.  We joined my Grandma Lucy at her church in celebration of her 94th birthday.  Steve’s family had a get together in honor of his visiting Cousin.
