New molars are bothering Avery.  She’s napping.  I’m not!

This only being able to stand cool water on my sunburned back makes for a less than wonderful shower experience in the morning and I’m getting tired of it.

What’s with all the Deer this morning?  Another software consultant.  This one a better fit than the last.

I wouldn’t have appreciated or enjoyed the mid-fifties overnight temperature nearly so much had it not been for the previous few nights in the mid-nineties.  My car’s tire pressure warning light was blinking when I got in my car this morning.  I stopped at Tires Plus near Ridgedale to get that checked out.  They were all OK at 30 (the front should be 35 and the back 38 according to the plate inside the door).  I’ll have that checked when the car is serviced next week.  The little bugger will need new tires before next summer.  The trailer, title and plate all match!

It’s 76° and I’m going to sleep better tonight than I have in a while.

There’s no A/C at church.  I was amazed at how hard a time folks had with that.  Even young people.  The garden is weeded.  I have a nasty sunburn on my back.

Slept in.  Saw “Major Barbara” at the Guthrie.  Took a walk across the stone arch bridge.  Found an art show.  Had dinner out at a sidewalk table of a café near the Guthrie.  Glass of wine on the dock upon arrival home.

We played in the water, kayaked, napped.  Had dinner with Bob & Deanna in early celebration of their 51st Anniversary and Father’s Day.

I put Avery’s tent out.  But, you can’t see it.  I just might sleep out there tonight.  How long can we go without turning on the A/C?

My old buddy, Calvin is alive and well!  And every bit the character he used to be.  Let’s hope he’s as helpful as he was way back when.  And now there are two Chipmunks hanging out on my front porch.
