I had a Colonoscopy first thing this morning. I managed to stay awake and watch most of it on the screen in front of me. Very kewl!! I’ve been diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in both hips. My right is worse than my left. Weight control and exercise are critical! Everything I’m doing is great. With one exception: Running. Running causes more wear and tear on my hip joints than does walking or biking. No more running for me. I may have to try inline skating – but, I also have early stage Osteoporosis, so I worry a bit about falling. And, I have Bunions! I thought only old people got those.

Pilates and a massage at TheMarsh. Met Steve for lunch at Harvest Moon. Took my VW to P&L to have the protective film put on the front and the cloth interior scotch guarded. I was told this work would take three hours. I dropped off the car and walked to the Galleria to do some shopping: 1:38:37, 5.9 miles, 3.6 mph, HR=127. Upon my return, precisely three hours later, it looked as if my car hadn’t been moved. And, it hadn’t. I ended up spending most of another two hours in their waiting room. I was annoyed!
