Tour De Tonka: 485 minutes, 97.14 miles, 12.0 mph, HR=125. We rode the first 30 miles in the rain. . Just a little disappointed that it wasn’t a nice even 100 miles. Very proud of the fact we finished, given we’ve only ridden about ten miles so far this year. My legs are sore! Sunburn adds insult to injury. I can’t sit still. That may in part be due to the caffeine laced jelly beans I was eating. Or, because I’m afraid I won’t be able to get up.

We were John & Rebecca’s dinner guests. We enjoyed their photos of Italy. I’ve got all the photos from the Family Reunion and will get them posted ASAP.
