After Pilates with Carol at TheMarsh, I met with my Financial Advisor. I also met with the Owner of the company that cleans my house. We were dinner guests of Steven’s friend Bob and his wife, Anita. Yup, we were supposed to bring the steaks.

This morning’s workout at home. The HandyMan power washed my deck on Monday. WOW! Today he is about half done with the staining/sealing. It looks great! Steven and I had every intention on attending a seminar on Brain health at the Marsh, but when we got there they informed us the time had been changed and it didn’t start until an hour later. That was a conflict with band practice, so we went home.

This morning’s workout with Kristin at TheMarsh. Today I ordered my second Christmas present! Steven took me out to see “Gravity” in 3D at the Eden Prairie IMAX Theatre. What an intensely engaging movie!

Oak Ridge Country Club Loop: 45:55, 2.89 miles, 3.8 mph, HR=134. This evening has been all about getting caught up on laundry and other household chores. Between loads of laundry there was knitting while listening to “The Secretary”.

The “Sunday Sads”. Now I get it.

We enjoyed Rhythmic Circus at the Burnsville Performing Arts Center.

Pilates with Carol at TheMarsh. My Aunt Dolores’ funeral in Mound. There’s something amiss with my alarm system. It keeps randomly beeping three times. It does eventually stop. I called the Monitoring Service and they report no faults. My guess is that it’s got something to do with the motion detector in the foyer. That device’s light was lit. Though, I can’t make it happen by jumping up and down in front of the motion detector.

TechnoGym Wave @ Home: 47:18, 7.0 miles, 8.9 mph, HR=102. My lawn was aerated on Monday, I suspect all this rain is a good thing.

Pilates with Angela @ Home. I don’t understand how/why I blew a fuse in the process, but I changed a high light bulb in my sunroom! The HandyMan said Daisy didn’t bark at all while she sat in the window and watched him work. Why then, does she bark at every little thing when I’m home? Is she that protective?!?! And, now there’s another light bulb in my bathroom that needs changing. Perhaps I should just change them all and be done about it. Poor Daisy, she really really hates thunder and lightning. Daisy is no longer getting any Methylprednisolone. I’m caught up on my laundry!
