Early Mass.  Heartfelt conversation over coffee.  Much yardwork.  West on the LuceLine:  82 minutes, 4.52 miles, 18:20/3.3, HR=107.  Sunset in the hammock.  Life, in all it’s complexities, is good. 

Fox/Willow/Watertown/Leaf Loop:  75 minutes, 4.13 miles, 18:15/3.3, HR=100. 

Avery and I spent almost two hours tossing paper airplanes from the top of the front staircase down into the foyer.  One would think with what seemed like 2,000 trips up and down the staircase that my Gruve would be green and not blue. 

I came home after the gym and met with a Groundskeeper.  Hanna&Gracie-LuceLine West:  74 minutes, 4.01 miles, 18:12/3.3, HR=114.  Making my work day late as I’m going to Mom’s for dinner and a movie afterwards.  8-10 hours is about as long as I’m comfortable leaving the dogs. 

Poetic that it should end much like it started; Caribou Coffee and a game of Scrabble.  Goodbye, Steve.  “with every goodbye, you learn . . .” Adrenaline is some wonderful stuff.  Six garbage bags, a half dozen boxes.  I’m 2/3 done.

My refrigerator is misbehaving.  Again.  I can’t say I’m surprised.  Openning=72.5×34.75.

I’ve managed to catch a cold.  Hanna&Gracie-Bayside Out&Back:  87 minutes, 4.55 miles, 19:07/3.1, HR=100.

Brunch in celebration of Isaac’s baptism.  Hanna&Gracie-Neighborhood Stroll:  74 minutes, 3.77 miles, 19:52/3.0, HR=97.

Gracie&Hanna-Stuffs/Maxwell Loop:  107 minutes, 5.74 miles, 18:39/3.2, HR=112.

Avery and I picked up Soren on the way home.  The kids helped dig potatoes.  Avery and I made cookies while Soren napped.  We went to the park.
