To City Hall for a Dog License and back: 66 minutes, 4.58 miles, 14.36/4.1 mph, HR=142. With no music! My iPod was locked up and for some reason the PodRunner Intervals wouldn’t play on my phone. Damn DRM! Well, it turns out I could have used my phone. When I accessed the music via File Manager rather than directly from Media Player it worked fine. I didn’t think to try that out on the trail.
