BuilderBob installed a pet door in my lower level. Then there was homework/knitting and football. Yes, I did pre-order an iPhone 5s today. But, it’s not shipping until 10/28?!?!?

I was Steven’s daughter and son-in-law’s guest for dinner. They’ve got a pet hedgehog!

I think I’ve found a HandyMan! Steven met most of my family when we enjoyed dinner at Ashley & Clint’s new home in celebration of Ashley’s 25th birthday.

Yesterday I added back 1 Creatine am & pm. This morning I had cramps in my calves. That’s just weird. I’ll discontinue the Creatine. TechnoGym Wave: 28:49, 4.5 miles, 9.4 mph, HR=108.

TechnoGym Wave: 18:26, 3.0 miles, 9.8 mph, HR=119. I managed the TechnoGym Wave in stocking feet. My feet slipped around on the foot plates quite a bit, but it was doable. I’ve ordered a pair of slipper socks to solve that problem. I’m getting impatient with my sore toes. I turned the floor heat on in my bathroom this morning. In other news; the toilet hasn’t kept running since I had the plumber over and ordered a new one. I cut Daisy’s Methylprednisolone back to 2 on the even days.

I’ve watched as much Football in the last two days as I have in my entire life. It was delightful! Mostly for reasons other than football.

Pilates with Carol at TheMarsh. A visit with my Dad. Turns out there is a battery in the wired smoke detector. On the “back” side from where I was looking. No more chirping!
Here’s A Thought
