Pilates with Angela @ Home.  I don’t understand how/why I blew a fuse in the process, but I changed a high light bulb in my sunroom!  The HandyMan said Daisy didn’t bark at all while she sat in the window and watched him work.  Why then, does she bark at every little thing when I’m home?  Is she that protective?!?!  And, now there’s another light bulb in my bathroom that needs changing.  Perhaps I should just change them all and be done about it.  Poor Daisy, she really really hates thunder and lightning.  Daisy is no longer getting any Methylprednisolone.    I’m caught up on my laundry!

This morning’s strength workout with Kristin at TheMarsh.  Daisy and I spent the evening in Victoria.

TechnoGym Wave @ Home:  44:04, 6.5 miles, 8.9 mph, HR=109.  My plan was to do laundry this evening.  But, Steven called with a better offer.  We enjoyed dinner on the patio at Maynard’s.  What a glorious evening!!

Steven is at the Opera with some old friends, so I have the afternoon to myself.  It’s beautiful out, and I know this weather isn’t going to last, so I decided to see how a walk with Daisy would work.   NW Loop:  55:52, 3.48 miles, 3.4 mph, HR=137.  Between the broken toes and new Relationship, Daisy and my trail walking has taken a real hit.  My toes aren’t 100%, but I don’t think there was any damage done today.  I planted my grass seed, scrubbed out my Yard Waste cart, put away the sprinkler and hose.  It’s “Get Shit Done” day!  Note to self:  Start wearing your FitBit again!  A little bit of closet reorganization.

I set up the Agility stuff in Steven’s back yard.  Mollie sat next to the tunnel and watched, then when we all turned to go in the house, she got up and sauntered through the tunnel!  Katlyn, Hunter and their dog, Jack joined us for dinner.

Pilates with Carol at TheMarsh.  Errands.  A fall tune-up of my furnaces.  Pizza and Beer.  A little dance party in the kitchen.

TechnoGym Wave at Home:  38:47, 6.0 miles, 9.3 mph, HR=109.  Note to self:  Never leave the empty CSA box on the kitchen table overnight.  There’s an awful lot of ants hiding in there!
