Mass here this morning, and a beautiful morning it was.  Service was held on the front patio followed by treats and coffee served lake side.  This morning I am grateful for the technology that allows me to work from home.

Bayside Out&Back:  63 minutes, 4.13 miles, 3.9 mph, HR=134.  Outdoor Mass at my house, tomorrow morning at 8:30 am and YOU are invited!

I’ve laundered/changed the bed and bath linens, done umpteen loads of laundry, filled three boxes for GoodWill, baked chocolate chip as well as oatmeal craisin cookies and cleaned up the kitchen.

Bayside Out&Back:  59 inutes, 3.37 miles, 3.4 mph, HR=100.  Coffee date.  Spectacular fireworks across the bay!

FSBO (For Sale By Owner):  What have I got to lose?

Early Mass by bike:  29 minutes, 4.82 miles, 10.0 mph.  Laundry.  A short nap in the lakeside hammock.  Some sock knitting.  A gorgeous homemade pizza for dinner.

Bayside Out&Back:  63 minutes, 3.49 miles, 3.3 mph, HR=109.  “The Government Inspector” at the Guthrie.  Tandem bike to a yard Party in St.Boni:  114 minutes, 24.83 miles, 13 mph, HR=111.

Again this week, Avery wants nothing to do with the kayak or paddle boat.  She wasn’t keen on a bike ride either, until I informed her that was the only way we were getting to the park.  Seven minutes after we arrived at the park; “G’ma!  I have to go potty!!”.  A block away, she lets me know she’s not wearing her helmet.  Shame on G’ma for not noticing!  Back we go.  Grab the helmet, plunk it on her head and off towards home again!  We made it.  Yay Avery!!!

I met my new Corporate Banker today.  We had a giggle at lunch when we discovered she’s dated “Death by Meatloaf” as well. 

Four hours of sleep is not enough!
