Fox/Willow/Watertown Loop:  75 minutes, 4.35 miles, 3.5 mph, HR=114.

Teri & Tony joined us for early Mass.  “These Shining Lives” at the History Theatre. 

Stubbs/Maxwell Loop:  108 minutes, 5.93 miles, 3.3 mph, HR=118. Hanna hasn’t figured out that every walk is her turn now.  Teri & Tony joined us for dinner. 

LuceLine/GeoCaching/PlayGround..  Our first errand on the way home was to stop at the bike shop and purchase Avery a helmet that fits.  Last year’s is too small and the extra ones I have are all too large.  We rode down the LuceLine to the tunnel and back.  I introduced Avery to GeoCaching.  As we searched I was reminded not to talk because she “was busy” with her GPS.  She takes it all very seriously, but really doesn’t yet understand the Lat/Long business.  But, we’ll get there.  She traded for a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle Travel Bug, so we’ll have to find another easy and large Cache to put that in.  Spent some time at the playground where she enjoyed playing with a five year old boy named Johnny.  We planted Squash, Pumpkins, Peppers, Peas, Tomatoes and Tobacco in starter pots.  Soren spent the evening, so Avery finally got to meet him.

We got rained out of our first attempt at a walk, but our second try was successful!  Fox/Willow/Watertown Loop:  82 minutes, 4.34 miles, 3.2 mph, HR=110. I’m feeling very sluggish.  I’m not sure if it’s depression over Coco or my body fighting some bug.  Every so often my voice doesn’t work.  Hanna followed me almost everywhere before.  Hanna follows me everywhere now.  Everywhere.  Always. 

If I don’t quit banging my head on that overhead cabinet, I’m going to have to relocate Hanna’s food and water. 

I tried to feed Hanna in what has always been Coco’s spot in the Dogs’ room this morning and she just could not get it through her head that it’s OK now.  I’ll keep working on it as I really would like to eliminate that messy water dish in my laundry room.  It seems Rent-A-Geek changed the password on our servers and didn’t see fit to tell Tim or me.  Idiot!  Fox/Willow/LuceLine Loop:  64 minutes, 3.52 miles, 3.3 mph, HR=117.  BSOD/Parity Error just four minutes before I had planned on quitting working.  I haven’t seen one of those in a while. 

Hanna-Cygnet/Watertown/LuceLine Loop:  41 minutes, 2.59 miles, 3.8 mph, HR=142.

Hanna flushed a pair of Herons from the tall grass at my shoreline.  A pair of Swans!  Real ones!  I saw Sir James Galway “the man with the golden flute” and Lady Jeanne Galway perform with the Minnesota Orchestra at Orchestra Hall.  A fox on the lakeside lawn this evening.

Steve thought I did it.  I thought he did it.  Who really uncovered the grill and opened the cabinet door?  And, why?
