A nibble on the antique piano from the Courage Center. Mission: Get a picture of that fox going into or out from under the shed. Courage Center declined the piano. Fox/Willow/Watertown Loop: 62 minutes, 4.23 miles, 4.1 mph, HR=147. That’s .03 mph faster and 5 bpm slower HR. Improvement!

How is it possible that I gained five pounds in three days?!?!? My counter offer has been accepted and my boat is sold, but I’m not going to get too excited until I deposit the check. Hanna and I watched Steve play softball with the Church of St.George team. I suspect Hanna found fresh fox urine and rolled in it. Spectacular fireworks at bedtime!

On the way home from the airport I declined an offer on my boat and provided a counter offer. There’s no place like home!

I had hoped Hanna and I could get out for a walk this morning, but the weather didn’t cooperate. I picked up Coco’s ashes. Stopped at the local Jeweler to not only find they do their own work on site, but they repair grandfather clocks! The insurance office was not open, what’s with that?

As of this morning, I can incline bench press a whopping 30 pounds.

This morning I met again with my LifePlanGuy. He introduced me to my new Private Banker who will be my “go to” person at the bank for all things money related and to start the ball rolling on defining my intent for how my Trust is to function. We made a few more tweaks to ThePlan and I feel it’s now ready to be put to paper. Selected a Lawyer to draft the Will and Trust documents. I have seen on paper and understand what would happen were I to die tomorrow. On the one hand it’s comforting to know what my long term financial situation is expected to be and to have some benchmarks on the road to age 100. On the other hand, I can’t help but worry just a tad that I’m tempting fate.

Fox/Willow/Watertown Loop: 64 minutes, 4.35 miles, 4.07 mph, HR=137. There is so much fuzzy stuff floating in the air, it’s hard not to inhale it. That can’t be good.

Every week someone visits this website via the search words “Canine Insulinoma” (see category “Coco”). Every week it makes me cry. Lousy weather for our second annual Memorial Day Party.

A whirlwind tour of several cemeteries to pay our respects to some of Steve’s ancestors followed by William Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” at the Guthrie.

Tony and I dropped my boat off at the Broker this afternoon. That was a tad more painful than I expected, but not so much as to give me a second thought. I’m not losing a boat, I’m gaining a Grand Piano. We went to “Paws with Us” Pet Walk and Picnic at the Marsh. I was worried about Hanna’s behavior. She did us proud with her excellent behavior!
