OUCH!  I had a nasty cramp in my left calf at 4:00 this morning.

SE Loop:  52:22, 3.14 miles, 3.6 mph, HR=113.  Daisy does much better with a slip chain.

SW Loop:  1:00:52, 3.78 miles, 3.3 mph, HR=107.

My goal was to empty half of the 48 Frogboxes.  With Steve’s help, I exceeded that goal by 9.  There are only 15 left!  There’s got to be at least that many cardboard boxes, plus a bunch of plastic totes.

NorthEast Loop:  1:39:45, 5.83 miles, 3.0 mph.  I forgot to wear my HRM chest strap.  I had no intention of doing this many miles this morning, but we got a little mixed up.  We had to stop at a gas station for water.  I figured out how to get water in Daisy – dribble it on her head!

I took Daisy to PupTown then came home.  I’ve got an hour to kill before my field trip to IMS with my Decorator.  I had hoped to do a bit of organizing, but there are Painters all over the place!  Every time I’ve tried to put something away, I find myself “dancing” with a Painter.  I’m not complaining!  There’s plenty to do in the kitchen/laundry.  Just when I was getting sick and tired of the overwhelming choices in couches, chairs, fabric, etc., I found the perfect couch!  And a pair of matching chairs, an ottoman and a rug!  I’m done.  Oh, wait.  I own 15 yards of a discontinued fabric that I fell in love with, it’s destined to cover “My” chair out in the sun room.  I haven’t decided on a chair yet, but there’s no hurry.

Daisy’s eyes have been real gunky these last few days.  The Project Manager showed up with the Painter this morning and was surprised to find things as unfinished as they are.  He was of the understanding this project was done and ready for paint.  Whoops!   I was half afraid to go home for fear things would be as I left them this morning.  But, to my delight, the living room is done!  Tile is laid in both downstairs bedrooms.  The closet under the stairs still needs attention, as does the master bedroom closet.  And, I’m sure a bunch of other stuff I’m in denial about.

SouthWest Loop:  1:14:50, 4.35 miles, 3.5 mph, HR=114.

Floor Sanding set off the smoke detectors. My first visit by the Fire Dept. And I missed it 🙁 I was picking Daisy up from daycare. The city of Minnetonka charges $250 for a false alarm, which the Floor Sanders are going to pay.  Good to know it all works!  And, that explains the fire truck I saw on my way home . . . .
