I spent so much time in traffic that I missed yoga. Ugh.

Fox/Willow/Watertown/Leaf Loop w/Hanna&Gracie: 82 minutes, 4.38 miles, 18:43/3.2, HR=107, RHR=104. The other good thing about walking Gracie up the driveway when we return is that she’ll know it’s always safe to come home. I hope that’s a lesson she never needs. Rebecca and John joined us for dinner. Steve and I suck at Trivial Pursuit.

Early Mass. A dreary day. I went to my office for a few hours and processed a bunch of stuff off my desk.

Stubbs/Maxwell Loop w/Hanna&Gracie: 120 minutes, 6.65 miles, 18:09/3.3, HR=110. . I’ve upgraded my home wireless network hardware to a Cisco/Linsys E3000 without incident.

LuceLine West w/Hanna&Gracie: 88 minutes, 5.0 miles, 17:34/3.4, HR=94, RHR=92.

LuceLine East w/Hanna&Gracie: 92 minutes, 5.05 miles, 18:11/3.3, HR=74. I don’t usually pay much attention to my Service Summary from Plunkett’s Pest Control. I looked at it this morning, because they emailed it to me instead of leaving it on my kitchen counter. The summary always includes “some mice activity”. I accepted long ago the fact that one cannot help but share a house like mine with mice, the trick being to keep the population within acceptable numbers. But, Friday’s report includes the additional notation; “possible bats roosting on house in couple of areas”. WHOA! In the back of my mind, I’ve known this to be true for a little while now, but was hoping to be mistaken. I’m awaiting the Technician’s call to explain specifically which areas he’s concerned with. There will be no iPhone 4 for me (at this time). My TomTom car kits are not compatible with the iPhone 4 and that’s a deal breaker for me. I will port my main phone number over to my current iPhone 3GS because I’m really tired of having two phones. I can use the money I didn’t spend on a new iPhone to pay Conley Wildlife Control to remove the bats.

I enjoyed a picnic lunch at a city park on the banks of the Mississippi River in Elk River with my friend, Jane.

I just signed up to go skydiving!

My iPhone 3GS has been upgraded to OS4.0. Using this for a few days should help me decide if I’m going to ditch my Windows/Verizon phone.

Bayside Out&Back w/Hanna&Gracie: 84 minutes, 4.76 miles, 19:58/3.4, HR=99, RHR=91. It would seem I didn’t shut the refrigerator door tight last night. My friend, Teri and I spent the afternoon boating and enjoyed lunch on my porch.
