Stubbs/Maxwell Loop w/Hanna&Gracie: 94 minutes, 5.31 miles, 17:44/3.4, HR=106, RHR=90. My GPS had trouble locating satellites, perhaps because of the thick cloud cover? I just had my car detailed and would like to keep that new car feeling for as long as possible, so I didn’t put the dogs back in the car when we got home. I walked them up the south driveway, put their Invisible Fence collars back on and let them in the house. Gracie was just fine with that!

A typical Friday. Avery and I did our usual errands. Windy!!

When I got up to feed the dogs, I thought I felt something crawling on my back. I figured I was imaginging things. Once I crawled back in bed, I realized it was not my imagination, something was crawling on my back. My 2nd woodtick. That’s two each for Gracie, Hanna and Me. For some reason, these just don’t bother me much. I had a delightful outdoor workout with Brad from InnerCircle Fitness! Next up; Yoga Sun Salutation on the dock. Hopefully, Saturday morning.

I just saw the Fox in my driveway! We attended Angela Kneale’s Shoulder Function Workshop at the Marsh.

My Wagon has been in the shop for routine maintenance and detailing. I picked it up tonight and it looks like new again!

Early Mass followed by a pancake breakfast. Avery’s dance recital followed by dinner at Olive Garden.

There are two other 5 year old girls on my street. Avery is playing Barbies at one of their houses. Without me.

Last night Steve installed the new dog door flap. Gracie now has to be coaxed to use the dog door. The new once is clear, she can see right through it, but she hates change. The more I come to know her, the more amazed I am that she did so well with the change in family/household.
