Early Mass.  Leaf/Watertown/Willow/Fox Loop:  75 minutes, 4.24 miles, 17:48/3.4, HR=105.  This afternoon has been all about getting ready for tomorrow’s party.

I managed to weed the entire garden without getting sunburned!

LuceLine East Out&Back: 54 minutes, 3.03 miles, 17:49/3.4, HR=94.  Avery supervised my dental appointment.  The jeweler called to say we could pick up my pendant.  We rode our bike to the park where Avery played with another four year old girl for almost two hours.  She played with the two neighbor girls and their three friends all afternoon.  They’ve got an inflatable water slide and trampoline!  Everyone came over to my beach to play on the raft for a while.

I got another speeding ticket today on my way home from work.

LuceLine West Out&Back:  71 minutes, 4.59 miles, 15:39/3.8, HR=144.

Pet Walk and Picnic at The Marsh.  We swapped out the log in my Geocache.  I managed to lose my Gruve, but Steve found it!

LuceLine West Out&Back: 70 minutes, 4.66 miles, 15:08/4.0, HR=134 I’ve been procrastinating on two projects:  My furs in for storage/repair.  Reset some diamonds.  Today I stopped at my local jeweler and took care of resetting those stones!  Bike to Wayzata for coffee: 64 minutes, 11.16 miles, 10.2 mph, HR=119.

We saw “20 Days to Find a Wife” at the History Theatre. 

Stubbs/Maxwell Loop:  101 minutes, 5.78 miles, 17:43/3.4, HR=107. 

Last night from 11:00 – 11:30ish there was a helicopter hovering over my bay shining a spot light on the south shore.  I wonder what that was about.
