Coco isn’t very steady on her feet this morning, not quite as bad as last week.

I don’t know what I was thinking when I made a 7:00 am dentist appointment for this morning, but it was nice to get it over and done with. Coco-Fox/Willow/Watertown Loop: 58 minutes, 4.13 miles, 4.3 mph, HR=152. At mile 3.88 Coco had some problems with her right hind leg. If I had to guess; muscle spasm. We had been at a pace that is a tad faster than she’s used to. At the first sign of distress, we cut it back to a casual walk. She seems fine this evening.

Avery and I made our spring trek to the Como Zoo. The conservatory was beautiful! The out buildings were mostly deserted I’m sure due to the bad weather. We took both dogs to the Vet in the afternoon.

Something is not right with Coco. Her front or back feet keep collapsing, like she’s dizzy or something. Steve watched Coco for a while and when I was done at the gym I went home to check on her. She’s not had another episode. She seems fine. The Vet is double booked today, so I’ve made an appointment for tomorrow. The camera will give me peace of mind while I’m at my office.

I was thinking chef salad for dinner and put eggs on the stove to boil while I changed into running clothes. Hanna and I were down the road and around the corner when I remembered the eggs. By the time we got back the water had boiled out of the pan and the eggs a tad burned. The eggs are now egg salad for tomorrow’s lunch and dinner became Kashi pizza and a glass of red wine . Sleep deprivation is affecting my ability to function, I must work on that. Burning my house down does not fit my life plan.

And to think I almost didn’t wear socks today! “Core Swing for Balanced Golf” clinic at my gym this afternoon.
