We did the usual desk stuff; cutting, coloring, taping. Avery and I spent most of the day in the laundry room. Not sure what the attraction was, but between bouncy ball, books and bubble wrap I did manage to get three loads of laundry done.

Wednesday mornings are hard because I don’t get enough sleep Tuesday night. But, I am really going to miss the Tuesday night soul searching. Ash Wednesday Mass.

My Watch ‘em Grow basket is in full bloom and my office smells wonderful.

Mass at St. George. 8:00 and 10:00! Steve typically plays guitar at 8 and was recruited to sing at 10. It really does make for a peaceful start to the day. We came home and make chocolate pancakes for brunch. Did some laundry. Refused to fight the urge to nap. At some point I noticed just a tad of sunshine coming in the loft skylight and that motivated me to get out the door with Hanna. So, both dogs got a good walk this weekend. I’m thinking I have the YakTrax to thank for keeping all my bones intact despite the ice on the trail. Corn chowder for dinner. “Benny & Joon”. Early to bed.
