TechnoGym Wave:  47:24, 7.0 miles, HR=128.  I think Daisy enjoyed her day at PupTown.  She came home, ate her dinner and collapsed on her bed.

On the way to Mass this morning, we saw a Coyote at the end of my street.  We’ll be keeping a closer eye on Daily when she’s outside.

This morning I decided my wellness would be better served by an hour of sleep rather than an hour of exercise.

 I lost the fight with a cold on Friday afternoon.  I slept for about 30 hours straight.  My brother Jeff, from California, is in town, so we hosted a family brunch on Sunday.  I sure hope they don’t all get sick.  As of today, I’m about 75% over it.  I think Daisy enjoyed her time at Top Dog Country Club, but is happy to be home.

I’m fighting a cold.  So far I’m winning, only in that I’m upright and taking care of business.

Another funeral this morning.  I’m not sure what I was thinking when I volunteered to wash 28 tablecloths.

This afternoon I was interviewed by a local Newspaper, for an article on “older bloggers”.   And I was the “older woman” in the CobornsDelivers TV ad.  It’s getting harder and harder to deny that I’m “old”.  Good thing I don’t feel old.  Most days, anyway.

My day can be summed up in just one word; laundry.

After Small Group Weights at the Marsh, I picked Avery up at Amy’s office.  Since we were running a little early for our 11:00 lunch date with Steve, we decided to check out Stone Ridge Equestrian in Long Lake.  Wow!  We scored the half chaps we’ve been unable to find as well as a sparkly child sized crop.  Once home, we made Gingerbread cake glazed with the orange marmalade I made a while back.  Once Steve was home with more spinach, we made two batches of Spinach Artichoke dip for tomorrow’s party.
