As of this morning, my Task List is empty! I wish I could say the same for my In Box, and since I can’t, that’s my focus now. Currently on my mind: Motivation, priorities, discipline, goal setting, focus, perspective, authenticity. I’ve encountered some interesting reading material in various formats. Here is one example. Here is another.

Having heard yet again about someone reading the Twilight books, I decided it was time to check them out at Audible.com. I’m a tad confused to find Kid/Young Adult fiction described as “deeply sensuous and extraordinarily suspenseful”.

My refrigerator died. Again. Steve’s got it on life support; a box of something, a hose and a some gauges.

Gracie-Fox/Willow/Watertown/Leaf Loop: 69 minutes, 3.84 miles, 18:10/3.3, HR=107. Hanna-Neighborhood Loop: ?

Avery is vacationing in Brainerd with Amy and her family. I took the opportunity to take care of some errands. It wasn’t my imagination that my left front tire was low. Again. It was down to 11 pounds. TiresPlus didn’t have time to fix it while I waited and I couldn’t leave the car, so they added air and I made an appointment for first thing Monday morning. Gracie to the Vet&Back: 106 minutes, 5.75 miles, 18:28/3.2, HR=124.

My left hip is causing me more pain in the wee hours of the morning than I can ignore for much longer. I’m grateful the fix is to get up and move around. I discussed it with my Trainer this morning. I think we’ve ruled out a joint issue. I’ve got some stretching exercises to try before I go to bed and hopefully that will take care of it.
Here’s A Thought
