Too nasty to be outside. Avery supervised while I took everything out of the refrigerator, scrubbed the inside and shelves, replaced most everything. A clean refrigerator and a nap were our accomplishments for the day.

I did it! I bought some Caribou stock. * Mr.B is going to be a GrandPa! * Rebecca of wedding photographs fame stopped by for a glass of wine and a bit of catching up.

Mr.B and I took a “Quiet Your Mind” class at my gym. Part TaiChi, part meditation. In the warm candle lit therapy pool with live flute music. It was lovely. Did I tell you how I kicked his butt at Scrabble this past weekend?
